PACE Coach Clinic: Player Pathways, the FTEM (Foundation, Talent, Elite, Mastery) model. An introduction to the model for players to develop from beginners to talented and elite players, or simply finding their place within the sport of croquet. Presented by Dr Junaita Weissensteiner, Principal Advisor, Talent Pathways. Of interest to coaches and players.
A draft model for the FTEM framework with relevance to croquet will be presented for discussion.
