Croquet NSW (CNSW) is an incorporated body with primary objectives to conduct, encourage, promote, advance and administer the sport of croquet throughout NSW and at all times act on behalf of and in the interest of its members and the sport in NSW.

FOR AFFILIATED CLUBS

STATE SPORTING ORGANISATION
Membership of a sporting association that is recognised as an important part of sport in NSW and Australia, and which maintains compliance with Croquet Australia and the NSW Office of Sport.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Investment in strategic initiatives within NSW in coordination with Croquet Australia.

GOVERNANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Effective governance and administration to support decision making through effective systems, rules, and processes. CNSW has policies and guidelines in place to ensure good governance and administration.

INSURANCE
Through Croquet Australia, insurance coverage for all affiliated clubs across NSW. Policy includes: Public Liability, Products Liability, Abuse Extension, Professional Indemnity, Directors/Officers and travel insurance.

INVESTMENT TO STATE CLUBS
Support for State clubs affiliated to Croquet NSW
Support for clubs to address areas of need, through projects, hubs and liaison with Sport NSW.
Support with broader governance issues.

ASSISTANCE TO NEW CLUBS
New clubs receive guidance if they require, plus connection to the other clubs in NSW for access to starter equipment and new player coaching.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Support host clubs to deliver State and national events.

NETWORKING
Communications systems enable clubs to promote their events and to learn what is happening in other clubs - this also enables persons interested in croquet to find where the clubs are across NSW.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION
Free support for NSW clubs to navigate the complaint resolution process.

FOR MEMBERS OF AFFILIATED CLUBS

INSURANCE

Through Croquet Australia, insurance coverage for all registered members of affiliated clubs across NSW. Policy includes: Public Liability, Products Liability, Abuse Extension, Professional Indemnity and travel insurance.

SUPPORT TO PARTICIPATE

Support NSW clubs in growth for: Participants, Coaches, Referees and Officials. Affiliation to Croquet Australia through CNSW provides the opportunity to play at clubs and in events throughout Australia and around the world. National handicap systems allow for play on an equal footing with other players, both socially and competitively.

COACHING

CNSW trains and accredits coaches with the Australia Sports Commission. Registered members of affiliated clubs are taught to play and have ongoing coaching, enabling them to enjoy playing, both socially and competitively.

SUPPORT TO COMPETE

State tournaments and State Championships across all divisions for all levels of players.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Access to training as a croquet official - training for coaches and referees is free.

STATE REPRESENTATIVE SUPPORT

Direct support for NSW State representative players and teams

Provide State led initiatives and support to develop members to elite levels of the sport.
