For players with handicaps from 11 to 16 inclusive, 26-point Advanced Level games, 2 1/2 hour time limit.  Higher-handicapped players can register, but might need to be excluded if there are too many entries.  Played in conjunction with the AC Silver Brooch (handicaps 7 to 10) over the same 4-day period.  Might not require all 4 days.
 
Probably a single block, but possibly two blocks followed by a knockout to determine the winner.
