The CNSW GC Men's Open Championship was held at Canberra Croquet Club from the 4th to the 6th April. There were 15 entrants in the competition. There was fine weather throughout and the games were played without incident. The play was of a very high standard as expected. The semi-finals and finals were live-streamed with various commentators throughout. The winner of the championship was Kevin McGlynn with Mark Scruton the runner-up. Gareth Denyer came in 3rd place and Ethan Gumbrell was 4th. The knockout matches were exciting and most went to 3 games. The Z finals were played as single 19 point games and were fun to watch.
